SEFCO INTERNATIONAL (Société d'Études et de Formation en Conduite Opérationnelle) was founded by civil engineer Tahar BOUGHATTAS, former Director of the Civil Engineering Study and Training Centre of Tunisia. Established in 1996, this technical firm was set up to contribute to engineering study assignments at large. SEFCO International is an engineering and training consultancy with 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary studies across the African space.
