About SEFCO International

Three decades of engineering serving development in partnership with African governments and international funding institutions.

SEFCO INTERNATIONAL (Société d'Études et de Formation en Conduite Opérationnelle) was founded by civil engineer Tahar BOUGHATTAS, former Director of the Civil Engineering Study and Training Centre of Tunisia. Established in 1996, this technical firm was set up to contribute to engineering study assignments at large. SEFCO International is an engineering and training consultancy with 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary studies across the African space.

Studies

Project appropriation approach
Through its project identification unit, SEFCO International submits bids to win assignments that match its areas of expertise.

Preparation of bid submissions
Once shortlisted for an assignment, SEFCO International prepares, through its Technical Unit, the technical and financial bid with regard to the funding body and the Project Owner or its delegate.
03
Execution of assignments
Upon award of an assignment, SEFCO International draws up, through its Operational Unit, the execution plan in coordination with the Project Owner or its delegate.
04
End-of-assignment debrief
On completion of a study or works-supervision assignment, a summary debrief is prepared and validated by the Project Owner or its delegate.
